As a licensed and experienced therapist I aim to provide the highest quality therapeutic services and create a safe place for people to explore barriers in life and reach their ultimate goals.
About Katie & G.I.F.T.
I am Katie Greasby, a dedicated and experienced Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in working with postpartum moms, college students, kids and adolescents. Greasby Individual and Family Therapy, G.I.F.T, was created to provide tele-therapy services for California residents, and in-person sessions to those in the Orange County area. In my work as a therapist, I treat each client as a unique individual and am dedicated to walking alongside each person on their healing journey. I am passionate about helping adults, adolescents and children heal trauma wounds, decrease depression and anxiety, and help new moms navigate this exciting but sometimes challenging chapter. My aim at GIFT Therapy is to support each person in helping them create the life they desire by obtaining new insight, healing, and joy. My goal is that you leave the work with me feeling equipped with specific tools and support in not only handling life stressors, but see your life as a gift where you can thrive and be your best self. You are welcome to read through my site to learn more, or simply get in touch.
"You were pretty much the reason I could get through this transition in my life and help me realize things within that I wouldn't have been able to do on my own."

"It usually takes me a while to figure out and see how the fit is, but she was really good. She is a really nice person and I felt we connected well. She gave me tools to practice in between sessions."
